As of 6-25 its been 2 years since I called my wife at work and said that I’m done with the bottle and that I needed help. That was the best day of my life (other than family of course) we started dating at 16 got married at 18 and now 31 years later, that women has never left my side.

22 years and 6 months (end of this month) for me.

One thing that still amazes me - once I quit drinking, everyone got easier to get along with.
It's like the attitude of the entire population changed in just a few short weeks.
I've never figured that out.....
