2007 Jeep commander

So I'm debating selling my Commander. A little back I recently bought my cousin's 2011 GMC Sierra for super cheap so now my Jeep is just sitting there. At this point I'm not sure if it's even worth selling because I have to fix a few things before I would sell it. I'm not the kind of person that would sell it with any major problems but we're talking cv axle and some sensors<----- I think. Do you guy think it would be worth it? Or should I just keep it a store it?

Unfortunately the FIAT branded jeeps don't have a great resale but the market is unreasonably high right now so i say send it.
