This is a copy and paste from a post I made Nov 1st... I boil the skull in sal soda (sodium bicarbonate) for about an hour. The sal soda loosens the fat and tissue. I promptly take it out and start cleaning the tissue off. I used to let it sit and cool, but I’ve come to realize it’s really easier to get the meat off when it’s warm. It took me about 2.5 hours from heating water to totally clean skull. I will put a little hydrogen peroxide on it today to whiten it a little more.
