Newly planted for fall all in the hoophouse in 1/2 barrels either 30's or 55s, so 15 gallon or 27.5 gallon. brussel sprouts, broccoli, beets, cabbage, carrots, lettuce and spinach.. Lots of cabbage and carrots, 10 tubs of carrots and 36 small pots of cabbage red and green which will of course be transplanted when right. Our 2 top favorites. Still yet to plant when the seeds arrive are 2 varieties of sugar snap peas. If room permits I'll get some onions started and I need to track down some garlic. Lot of stuff we look for is OOS which of course comes as no surprise.

We bought some garlic at sam's club yesterday. product of USA is all it says. I think it was 4 lb but don't remember the price. It's bone dry here so any seeds sown will just sit there . I did get some carrots , radish planted in container. I hope to get some mustard, turnips, collards planted. Going to do the heading collards to make collard kraut with.

cultivated muscadines have a high sugar content also. Some varieties in the 20% range. And they make the best jelly.
As if I don't have enough on me plate or ready, lol that and the handle 2busy is taken. You also can't pop muscadines like popcorn, and while the chickens would eat them the moo cows might not. Thanks brother.
