What part of the city do you prefer for your business and how big and what kind of building?

I know someone that is losing a tenant and is looking for a renter.

Pretty much any part of the city is fine. We are in a 5000 sq. ft. industrial building. The problem with most commercial properties of any size is that they have support post in the space. We need an open space with no poles or post. for the dance floor.

The Grand Lake area is loaded with pot operations. I would bet there are more than 200 around the lake and I'm probably shirt by another 200. This sh1t is getting out of control.

Amen to that Slim Deal. We pass a dozen of them within a 3-mile stretch to our lake house here on Grand. They are everywhere.
