.224" 55 gr barnes varmint grenade data

Anyone have any load data for a 55 gr varmint grenade in .223 ? The Barnes manuals I have don't list them have several hundred I'd like to load for a couple bolt guns. I've got varget win 748 xterminator and h 335 on hand and can't find any published data. Thanks in advance for any response.
