Pretty much like asking what's the "best" laptop you can buy in a big box store.
Basically you're asking "What's the lightest I can build if I ignore all the lightest parts?"
You're not gonna touch 5lbs with stuff you can buy at most brick and mortar stores, just because there aren't very many people interested in ultra light builds. If you actually want to do an ultra light build, you'll have to order at least some parts from the internet.
The NFA "carbon" poly lower and LPK I have fit and function just fine. I wouldn't run it on a duty gun, but for a featherweight range toy I have no complaints.
