Another necro post revival.

I'm bored, so I'll add to it too. I didn't see any mention of what generation this Glock is. Early gen-4's had issues with recoil spring assemblies, extractors and ejectors. There were numerous complaints of brass to the face, failure to feed and failure to eject.

As I recall, the gen-4 was the first model 17 with a dual spring recoil spring assembly. Glock originally placed blame on the ammo saying that WWB found at you local Wally World was not NATO spec and didn't produce the power and recoil necessary for proper function.

Glock finally admitted there was a problem and started replacing RSA's and upgraded the ejectors and extractors and did a redesign on the upper receiver. I haven't heard about any problems with recent produced 17's.
