Wont extract as in bolt goes back but doesn't extract (leaves case in chamber), or bolt doesn't open enough to extract (short stroking)?
Well it should extract it would just be very violent doing it basically over gassed.
Did you build this yourself or buy it? If you built it did you use an adjustable gas block may have to open it up some more. Otherwise if it was prebuilt you may need to check the gas block/port for blockages. Make sure the gas tube is clear and the BCG is well lubed. If it still will not function then it's time to open up the gas port, can do it a little at a time or just grab an adjustable gas block and open it wide then regulate the gas that way. Basically the way the barrels are done for a pistol length system is the gas port is tiny to limit the gas coming into the system so that it functions but isn't over gassed. If the drill bit was worn or something got in the hole then it will mess things up as it will not have enough going through to do it's job.

Extra power spring on extractor. Make sure extractor is sharp as well.
Is the bolt going back far enough to lock back on an empty mag when you fire it?
