.300 Win Mag rifle project

Haha, that thing is puurrtty. I've got about 400-500 to spend at the moment [on just rifle/ action]. I hate to admit it, but I'm considering a 6.5 creed as well.

Don't know if I should wait & get another win mag down the line.. or what.

The 6.5s are also noticebly less expensive.

I guess I'm also considering finding a good long rifle smith and building one from the ground up... gotta do some research on who builds top notch rifles here in the state.

I have a Savage 300 win mag that has a Krieger barrel. It was barreled and action trued by Matt Parry in Vici.
