I remember when they sold me 8000 primed cases of new lake city as scrap that had started the conversion journey or were dented/dinged for $300 delivered. That was two years ago and I got a yield of 6k of useable 5.56, 1500 300blk. Sure I had to do the conversion but for $400 for the 8k plus tools I was happy. Took probably 40 hours to sort and convert though.
