.308 hunting ammo.

Looking to get some hunting ammo for my Rem 700 in 308, what do yall use and or recommend?
Its a 1/12 twist varmint but it shoots federal m1a 168fr otm great.

Since your gun likes that 168 load, the first one I'd try would be the Federal Fusion 165.

That group looks very MOD to me, "minute of deer" it would work for me .

Are you wanting factory ammo, or reload suggestions?

If factory, give the Remington Premier Accutip, 165 gr a try. It works great in two of my rifles, one of which is an older 700 PSS, which is very similar to your rifle. I’ve shot deer from near point blank range, out to 440 yds with it, and it performs well.
