That's a good solid article by Bart Bobbitt. I'd add Varget and Reloader 15 as really good powders for match loads.
Here's what I use.
Bullet: Sierra 175 gr. King HPBT Match King
Powder: Alliant Reloader 15 43.2 grains
Primer: Federal 210M
Case: IMI Match
LOAL: 2.800-2.815 (2.230 Base to Ogive with Stoney Point)
Average Velocity: 2642.80 fps
Extreme Spread: 23.60
Standard Deviation: 10.48
