Seems as though it is true. One of my wife's cousins works for Eli Lilly in some sort of mid level management position and told her that well into February they were selling truck loads and truck loads of masks to China. Seems unbelievable that this was going on.
Well, in February, China was in need and the gov said we didn't need masks. Now it's suggesting all Americans wear masks when they leave the house.
We need to combine the 3 or 4 threads on this.
Seriously the mask made in the US are staying in the US. Those made overseas are staying overseas. At least this is what I am hearing. The LA guy is pissed because he waited until the last minute to order and expects 3M to ship his order from overseas factories.
