You might look into the SAR B6p compact, it is a CZ clone and seems to have some very good reviews and a low price, it comes in basic black but I've seen a few pics with a pink and a blue lower.
Bought my fiancée a G26, she carries it, shoots it. She turned down the pink Walther PK 380 I bought for her.

And to echo what has already been said, you oughta just bite the bullet and go on down to the LGS, let her handle a whole bunch of different guns, maybe rent some, buy a whole bunch of over-inflated gun store ammo for said guns for her to shoot them with, let her pick one out, then resign yourself to the fact that she may or may not carry the darn thing anyway, and just suck it up. At least, while she's shopping for a gun, you'll have something to stare at other than purses and shoes and dresses and so on like poor ignored member. And whatever you do, DO NOT respond to any statement or question along the lines of "Does this gun make me look fat?" And perhaps even more so; DO NOT respond with anything along the lines of something like "No Honey; it's not the gun; it's those 3-enchilada lunches that make you look fat." You will live to regret such an utterance for a long time, if you survive, and in all likelihood, die a bitter, lonely, and maybe even crippled up old man.
