My favorite shot on a dillo was as he was making his plow row across my yard heading West. I was directly behind him and I hit him dead middle down the back and it split him open perfectly like a loaf of split top bread from tail to head.

I was reading the thread about it last night and saw the report about the etched reticle that worked without batteries, and did some research. I'm terrible about forgetting to turn them off and end up with dead batteries all the time, so this might just work our great.

I’ve got a Leupold prismatic similar to the Vortex that I used on a crossbow for a while, but I’m at that point in life that I need magnification especially in low light.
