A build for the better half

My wife does a lot of volunteering for SGK, and the cause means a lot to her having lost her step-mom to the disease. My first cousin also unfortunately lost her battle last month.
So when I got this email yesterday evening advertising a custom cerakote by Blowndeadline, I had to request that they send one my way. Profits go to the cause, so paying a little extra was worth it.

It will be her first AR, so she is excited. (which is rare for her in regard to firearms)

If she's excited about it then cool. My wife doesn't like pink on guns, but some people are.

It is a cool way to have some color on a gun, and a good cause is sure worth some extra pennies.

Dress your gun the way you want it and fawk anybody that doesn't like it!
I guarantee when you go to the range with it, there will be people come over and ask why.
Perfect opportunity to further the cause. My mom survived Breast Cancer twice.

Found a YHM 556 barrel on closeout at Primary Arms, and have most of the other parts laying around. Probably stick a red dot on it.
