Yesterday I got both my grips and Silver Dollar Pancake in the mail. The grips feel good and the pancake is to hold me over till the Grizzle IWB get here. It's very comfortable and conceals well. I began getting pancakes for revolvers ever since the late Roy Baker made me one for my 629 Mtn Gun about 1970. Both Milt Sparks and Simply Rugged have improved on Roy's design. I'm liking this little gun more and more. .1" wider and 3 oz heavier than a model 60 J frame but with 6 rounds and smaller than a Kframe. I'm shooting .38+P Gold Dot short barrel in it but have some Buffalo Bore gas checked FBI load ordered.

I could almost tell for sure from the cylinder release. Don't sweat the name. They could have called it The Colt Garter Snake, or the Colt Brown Tree Snake.
