Ok so I have 4 dies for .308.
1 that I use for my 10fp and the other is a new die I got because the 10FP die is modded too much for my new .308 which has a tight chamber.

I used an old load that has worked well in all climate conditions.
8208 XBR powder 44.1 gr and 210M primers in Lapua cases 2.819" OAL.
These loads hold under MOA to 500 yards ,That is as far as I have shot them.

SO new gun needs to see which die it likes best.
One adds .0005 more neck tension and does not push the shoulder back.
So shoulder is .002" farther back on the new die and has less neck tension.
(neck tension = interference fit for the bullet).

I shot 3 round groups as fast as i could get back on target.. Today 10-15 MPH winds.

Annealed and measured cases but did not sort them as to how many times fired or weight them.
If I did that I may get tighter groups..I have not found that to be true yet with these Lapua cases.
This was fired from a super clean gun No copper, no fouling shot, barrel was cleaned and cleaned.

First shot right in the black.. second shot is the lowest right.. third was in the black next to the first one.

Next die all went higher and left. Barrel was getting warm also.
