yep. Me likey! That man was a genius. He is a good example of what Malcolm Gladwell was talking about in the book "Outliers"

I know, right. Seems like such a long time ago when you read his story, but when you pick up most any firearm today you feel his ghost. Truly a genius.

Sadly I no longer have the Remington Rand, but I do love my 1914. Joel and I put a couple of mags threw it at BB. It is very tight and very accurate. A real pleasure to shoot, once I got over being afraid of me breaking it.lol

His .50 cal is still being used by the U.S. military from what i understand. He was truly a legend, and it's a shame we gave up our 1911s for those berettas. Remember all our stuff was made American? haha

In fact, the 45th still has an M2 that they've used in every major conflict they've been involved in, from WW2 to Afghanistan. I'm sure it's had parts replaced, but it's in real good shape.
