filed July 3 .. writ served July 17th ... didn't know things could move this fast.

groundwork has now been laid out ... if a few more folks would file similar motion for writ of mandamus, then serve OSBI director ... that would certainly get OSBI's attention and hopefully give relief to those folks that's had their completed applications in for over 90 days.
