TPD Lt. says suspect is "down" but did not elaborate. The building involved is the Natalie Building. It houses a number of offices. St. Francis ER is locked down since the Natalie Building is connected to the hospital by walkways.

Frigging alert didn't say what hospital at first. Wife and kiddo both work at diffrent ones, and were late getting home due to traffic.
