adding a russian style mount

I want to add a russian style scope mount on to my yugo mb70 ak. Has anyone ever done this or know anyone who has? I would gladly pay someone who knows what they are doing to do this for me.

Yes....are you sure you want to do the Russian style? I'd really recommend the Rafaga rail (ar15.com) or the Krebs (nice, but $$) before that.
Otherwise, it's drill & rivet, or bolt-on with a backing plate- both ways work, rivets are basically "permanent"...
