OK folks. I have a question or two. I am thinking about getting my Dad a suppressor for Christmas. If I have my trust amended to include him as a Trustee, Can he keep the suppressor at his house? Or does it still have to live at my house?
Not legal advice, but logically to me, if he has a copy of the trust, and the stamp, then it seems like it would be OK.
Anyone who is a full trustee has the right to maintain possession of the NFA items, is my understanding. IANAL, but it seems to be pretty clearcut.
