You are probably already realizing a couple of things. 1) Just how nasty smoking is as a habit and 2) how big a P.I.T.A it is. I've quit (really quit) several times. The first time I actually quit for 2.5 years it dawned on me how nasty ash trays really were. For awhile the smoke smelled really good though but I stuck with it. Them I figured one night before bed that one wouldn't hurt. Bam.. Just like that I was buying them again. :hithead: And when leaving the house you have to have them and a lighter or you have to stop on the way to where you are going and buy them. I quit for the last time awhile back and the smoke does NOT smell good anymore. Seriously get some patches and lozenges for the cravings, they really help. I still do nicotine pouched but now if I run out it's not really the end of the world like it was with cigarettes. They are a ton cheaper too and no tobacco in them. I can do with or without them now and don't really care. One thing I know is I no longer crave the smoke AT ALL.
