The video calls it an air gun, not sure why you would think this would be a crossbow. Since there is no draw it is not a bow, but crossbows have to have a min 100 lb draw, and 40 lb draw weight for other bows...so no.

Definetly not legal for archery. Its just an FX airgun that shoots arrow. That sucker will probably run you $1500-$2000. FX airguns are quite pricey, made in Sweeden. They shoot awesome, but you are constantly having to repair them! At least thats been my experience with them.

Probably not legal for deer, but it might be legal for small game.

Legal Means of Taking

Shotgun (conventional or muzzleloading), rifle (conventional or muzzleloading), handgun, archery equipment,
legal raptors, hand-propelled missile, air-propelled missile and slingshot.

Might as well get a .410, pull the shot from a shell, and stick an arrow down the barrel. This is reputed to be the weapon of choice in certain poacher-rich regions, though I haven't heard anything recently about arrests for the practice.
