AK gunsmith?

Thinking of having a Venom Tactical gas block/front sight installed. Then having the barrel cut and threaded to pin and weld a Lantac Drakon muzzle brake. Would probably need to be refinished afterwards.

Any chance there's a gunsmith in the OKC area who could do that?
