The medium one puts up a lot more than I think I will have from the garden for the first few years but it's hard not to justify the extra volume I can put up with the medium as opposed to the small for just a couple hundred more.

I'm not a big fan of canning and my dehydrator stays pretty busy with jerky. I've dehydrated berries but didn't really care for them rehydrated, especially my blackberries. Didn't care too much for dehydrated asparagus either.

Anyhooooo ... they have a pretty liberal layaway program ... and they are having a sale so ... no time like the present. Should have it this fall to tinker with. Whoot! Yeah me!
