I wanted to thank everyone for the help.
I called Albright Steel in locally in Lawton today. They gave me number to a fabrication shop to call about buying part of sheet, I guess it is called a "drop." Anyway I called and they have exactly what I need for 45 dollars, but said cutting and a couple of bends they could do all of it for less that $100, if I let them do it in their spare time.
So, Saturday morning I am going to take my UTV and the drawing to them and let them do it.
