Amazon contact?

Mac, if you can get to the Amazon website, and My Account, you should be able to then get to My Orders and get all the info you need, including info on that particular order item. I think.

Yep, but there is still no Amazon contact info. The replacement order says $0.00 and also says it was paid with a gift card (Amazon cust service person did all that while we were on the phone).

I'm not gonna worry about it. I'll just check the credit card statement(s) and go from there if/when it's billed.

Looks like they removed "Contact Us". They're too busy to talk.

Sounds to me like the service rep fixed it to where you don't owe anything now.

No, it's said $0.00 all along. But I just got the email demanding return of the original a couple days ago (the OP). :/

I'm wondering if it may be some automated thingy that the rep forgot to clear. Dunno.
