Ammo can storage?

Anybody got slick suggestions for ammo can storage or am I best off just making a shelf out of wood?
I'm thinking bottom row doing 3 or 4 50 cal cans wide and a few shelves above that to hold 30 cals. Idunno if anybody has found a system that seems to fit perfectly or if maybe there's an old milsurp solution that would be cool?

Ammo can man at I40 exit 55 in Clarksville AR sells em for $5 every day. I try to stop by and pick up $20 worth every time I go by, which will be tomorrow!
