Silencer Talk is free. It is AACs forum. Silencer Research is the pay site. If you're going to be buying a can $30 bucks is totally worth it.

I just got an adapter I'd been needing in today. I'd been looking high & low & they had what I needed. Expensive for a little chunk of metal, but hey what about these things isn't? The adater is nice & compact (I was afraid it'd be longer) & came with a knurled thread protector, nice finish too.

Mark McWillis is also a very nice guy and super knowledgable. I contacted him directly looking for my 9mm barrel. He had one in stock, took paypal and mailed it the next day. Very high quality and great service. I'll go back to TROS for anything they offer that I need.

Just registered on silencer talk and made my first post :D

Thanks a bunch for the info - I think that's the route I'm going to go for sure (just hate that its going to cost me another $400 now that I've got two 16" guns to put a thread-adapter/MITER QD on).
