I don't tell myself that anymore....

I can't imagine facing your maker and having to answer for all the innocent folks lives...especially the innocent school children.

What kind of new law could have prevented this. A single handgun, served as a Marine, no criminal issues other than a traffic ticket. All that leaves is just outlaw the darn things, tell everyone to turn them in, and adjourn to the congressional bar and grill.

Yes, there are any number of plausible motives for this crime and ample precedence to support those motives. Last on the list, in a footnote on a separate page, is the chance that it is a false flag perpetrated by the Democrats to help their anti-gun agenda in the next congress (which won't be sworn in for months still).

The fact that some instantly seize on that scenario, without a shred of evidence, speaks to their depravity and desperation.

The man may have been suffering from PTSD according to reports. At least some of the police that dealt with him before think he was.

Personally I do not believe the Democrats would set things like this up, but a part of me has to wonder at the timing, and how fast the Dims started shouting about gun control.

I think if the dems planned this, they would have waited till just after they took office and congress was in session.
This will be lost in the news cycle in a couple of weeks.
