As I understand it, if the gun is legal to own where you live, you can legally buy a longarm from an FFL in a different state.

I might be wrong, but I believe long guns are OK, handguns are a no-no.

There is a pawn shop in a small strip mall just south of Winstar Casino about 1/2 mile from the OK/TX border. I went in there once to see what guns they had. The shop told me that since most of their customers are from Texas, they can only leave with long guns or shotguns, and that they ship all handguns to TX FFL's.

I buy long guns from a cool pawn shop
In Bayfield CO and walk out with them.
My guess is he’s going to trash that law in some upcoming documentary
