I got mine put together today finally and man I think I going to love it.
I really love the Utensil pegs on the side and the magnetic strip on the front for other utensils. It even has a paper towel holder on the other side of the grill. Going to get it all seasoned in tomorrow

The one on the floor appeared to drain the grease through a hole in front left corner and I couldn't understand how you caught it.

That is an issue i see with the Camp Chef. They use a nice rectangle sheetmetal catch pan for the grease. It probably works well to funnel the grease in to it. THe Blackstone has an opening in the back center of the griddle that is about 3" wide and 1.5" tall were all the grease, food debris, grit, grime and all the burnt on chit you scrape off after cooking get fed through. Has a similar rectangle catch pan that i line with foil for easy cleanup. Scraping the surface and pushing it through the Blackstone setup seems much easier than the Camp Chef system. With the CC nothing other than the liquids or excess oil will go into the drain hole in the front left of their griddle. Not as user friendly, IMO.

Well my Blackstone was a workhorse this weekend. I grilled 75 cheese burgers, 50 hotdogs, 15 chicken breast for the cookout.
5 pounds of bacon, 5 pounds of sausage, 6 dozen eggs and even warmed and browned 100 tortillas for the breakfast burritos this morning.
Here are a few pics of some of the grilling.

I'm doing this backwards, since I just bought it and now I'm asking for opinions..

But does anyone have the air fryer version of this? We use an air fryer for chicken strips, popcorn shrimp and fries. Big complaint is stinking up the house. So, I'm hoping that this will work well enough to replace the house version. Anyone have it?

One of our neighbors has a Blackstone with the fryer and he really likes it. I may have opted for one like the picture but I gave many fryers of different sizes. So I stayed with the griddle alone.
Good luck with it and let us know how it works fir you.
