Finally got a gun safe and filled her up. It just barely fits all my guns.

How are you supposed to anchor those things to the floor/wall?

I have a Henry Acu-Bolt that came with a scope,,,
I recently purchased a Henry Mini-Bolt that didn't come with a scope.

Since they're an eventual Daddy-Daughter pair of rifles,,,
I have decided to scope the Mini Bolt as well.

I placed the order for the cantilever mounts last Thursday,,,
Henry delivered the mounts to my office this morning.

Now all I have to do is find an appropriate scope for the Mini-Bolt,,,
It needs to be matte silver and smaller than normal.

I'm probably going to order this Barska Plinker from Midway,,,

It's a 4x32 and only 8" long.

I don't think it will overshadow the little Mini-Bolt.

Ignore the Muddy Girl stock,,,
Mine is the black version.

Anyways, this is what I am doing since I passed on the Wannenmacher gunshow.

P.S. The "daddy-daughter" thing refers to a friend and his very young daughter,,,
In a couple of years when she's old enough I'll gift them this pair of rifles.

Bought my son one of those mini bolts when he was 6. Left it with the open sights so he could get a feel for them. Let him shoot the aguila colibri in the back yard. No noise didn't need ears plinked many a can. Still in the back of the safe doesn't get used much any more

Just got my Volquartsen Accurizing Kit today and installed it in my Ruger 22/45 Mark IV Lite. Installation was easier than I expected, though I can see why VQ offers to install it for $65. It took me about an hour to install, only because I took my time (it was my first time breaking down the gun). If I was to install it again it would take me only about 20 minutes. The trigger is a million times better and I can't wait to test it out.

I got an email today from Midsouth Shooters Supply that items that I had on back order were in, if I still wanted them.
Looking at the order, it was for 10 boxes of Federal 525 count .22lr. My order was dated 02/07/2013 :D
The price was $18.88 per box, and they still honored that price, so I called them and gave them updated CC info and confirmed the price, and should have them next week. I couldn't believe it stayed in their system so long!
