Traded for a Savage 69RXL. Was looking for a new truck gun, but this thing is a beauty. I think it's too nice to rattle around in the jeep. The only wear on the thing is on the mag tube. It has 0 rust and wood is awesome

So tell me, why did you choose the XDE over the XDM, XDsub 40, or XDS 45?
Simple- because Ive just become a lot more accustomed to hammer-fired handguns. I just don’t care for striker-fired handguns because of the manual safety I feel they have to have in order to better help minimize against the risk of negligent discharges from the more sensitive trigger.
I know it’s all in the discipline but we are still human and if going to external hammers makes me more comfortable carrying them without a safety then that’s what I prefer.

I've had a few weeks of fun.
Won this a couple weeks ago:
Bought a Sig X-Compact grip module to make it fit me perfectly. It was my first jump into Reddots and I'm kinda getting stupid crazy over them.
While I was sitting in the parking lot at Wilshire, I found this RMR on Armslist for a killer price. Couldn't resist. Type 1, bought some suppressor night sights and is now in my carry rotation.
Monday, I picked up a Sig p365 SAS. Decided I didn't care for it as I thought I would and made this trade last night. My SAS was unfired, and so was this one. Most excellent P320.

Came upon another, yes another Glock 48, it has Dawson sights, front is fiber optic.
My other 48 shoots great and is accurate, dont see any reason this one would not be the same. I dont need another one, this one has been fired about 100 rounds,not new but is in great condition.

I've still got my aftermarket trigger and custom leather holster for my 43x that I sold. I'm trying to convince myself to get another one. Maybe after the 15 round mags are released and proven.
