Ok, well, 100 pieces. :D

Some VERY nice brass from Gunwerks, reportedly made by ADG. Exciting, no? :D

Expensive brass isn't it? I know the feeling.

Once your rifle is built and you're in a hurry to get it on paper and you don't want to take time to reload, this outfit makes some quality ammo. https://coppercreekcartridgeco.com/product-category/ammunition/65-prc/

The first rounds through my 7wsm were from this outfit. This was when Winchester was still supplying brass for it. I was getting A little over 3020fps with a 180 grain Berger VLD.

You drank the GAP Kool-Aid :hey3:. I almost did with their 6.5 GAP 4S. Now I'm leaning more to going back to a 300wsm.

I was thirsty . I'm actually using this barrel as an excuse to get into the reloading weeds and hopefully shoot with some of the PRS/NRL and OPPS crew.

I was weighing all of the 6mm's folks were shooting and the GT seems to be very forgiving and needs less brass prep than Dasher while also feeding out of my AI pattern mags without having to buy kits.

We'll see how it tastes! Been seeing some promising results with guys launching the 109s at 2950-3000 with RL16, StaBall, Varget and 4350.

Got a new AIWB Holster, the Aegis, and Pancake style Mag Pouch from Little Bear Custom Holsters (www.littlebearcustomholsters.com) for my Sig P365. He put a heavy-duty Garret clip on it, offset, for me and has it adjusted to ride as low as possible. I'll probably raise it up one notch to be able to get a better grip, but I like the option. Dave, the owner and maker, is a very easy guy to work with and does admirable, true custom leather. I picked the Aegis, as I wanted an AIWB, and then he worked with me for a few touches I wanted (the heavy-duty Garrett clip, the ability to adjust both cant and ride height, and a slight forward cant to the mag pouch) and in under 3 weeks time, I have my new gear. The leather is thin, but very rigid; the gun clicks in and out of the holster as if was Kydex. I am very pleased, will be writing a report on it after wearing it some. As it is, the holster and mag pouch are just what I wanted, and judging from the quality and degree of detail he put into them, I think they are going to be great.

I already know someone will be wondering why I went AIWB for the holster and OWB for the pancake mag pouch. Well, the reason is that due to several surgeries on my left side, where the mag pouch rides, I find it much better, as in more comfortable, to wear the mag pouch OWB. Due to it's size, and the way it's made, it won't be a problem concealing it. I have a Vedder IWB mag pouch I can use if I am wearing a shirt that is just too tight to accommodate the OWB pouch anyway. Now, for some pics:

Picked up a 18.5” 870 Tactical yesterday.
Put it to work on some metal barrels and water jugs this afternoon. Pretty fun shooter.

Now you're talking. Nothing like putting a bunch of holes in something all at once with one pull of the trigger. Nice shotgun.
