A(nother) Taurus 431 wandered into my life the other day. 5 shot 44 Spl, K-frame size.
Made in the early 1990s, the last years of the very nice bluing from Taurus. It's a well-constructed piece of machinery.

It came with these YUGE rubber grip, which I don't much like-

I was rummaging around in my spare grip box, found these -

Much better.

I love these revolvers. Folks are figuring out what they are, and the price is rising. I kind of sneaked up on this one, got a good deal.

Very Nice. I love the older Taurus Revolvers. Allot of bang for the buck. I like the wood grips too,
