Got a Lee Universal Decapping Die. Wish I would have gotten one of these a long time ago. Already deprimed about 500 pieces of .223. I like depriming before cleaning.

Also got two of those “Loadbooks USA” manuals off MidwayUSA. Got one in 6mm Rem and .41 Mag.. I thought there would be more stuff in there but from a quick glance I kinda wish I would have saved my money. Thought they would be good references though for these somewhat unpopular calibers.

How does the price compare to X-treme? I’m out of 115gr 9mm And need to get some more bullets soon.
I'm thinking that jacketed bullets are probably going to be higher across the board, no matter the dia., compared to plated or lead.......I guess it just depends on what a person prefers to shoot.

You'd probably know better than me about the cost of Xtreme 9mm bullets but here's the Zero page on 9mm -------> http://www.rozedist.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=RZD&Category_Code=ZB-9MM

Academy in edmond had a good supply of stingers today. Probably should have got a box or two for the beretta bobcat.

Got myself a bucket list gun today, an S serial number 1965ish 28-2 Highway Patrolman. I’m really torn between keeping it stock, or going ahead and cleaning it up and giving it the TiN treatment. Was used by the Lubbock PD, stamped number 69 on it too. Nice.

If it was mine, no way would I refinish it.

But it's not mine. Make yourself happy.

Good looking revolver. Congratulations on the find.

Thank you. I torn, I love the history and character behind the wear, but I also intend on using it and I hate keeping up with a blued handgun honestly. I’m always getting rust spots on them after a few days out in the woods. Don’t have the cash to get it refinished at the moment anyways, so I’ll be sitting in it and thinking about it for a bit.
