Already done! Maybe. I did this a little backwards, the receiver was the last piece of the puzzle. It started as a stock 10/22 with the exception of a TacSol barrel and a Hogue stock. I replaced the trigger group first (Hornet), then added a JWH bolt and a Tandemkross charging handle. Also switched the stock to the Magpul and added an extended mag release and an aftermarket bolt release. By that time the receiver was the only remaining stock part; Brownells had the Volquartsen receiver in stock so I thought “why not” and ordered it. Ordered another bull barrel and built a second 10/22 with all the spare parts!
