They've been active for the past 3 weeks, so you'd better hurry up! This one is from 3/19:
I have seen well over a hundred of them that have been caught in the past two weeks, ranging from 40 pounds to 102 pounds, all around the Grand Lake area...

Kaw lake is discharging a lot of water. Perfect for snagging.
The 102 lb. fish was snagged around Patricia Island over at Grove. 250 yds. away from the rock wall, and snagged while trolling the bottom with 3 lb. weights. Trolling speed was 5.5 mph...

Went to Lock 16 today and has some luck with the boy.
I got my keeper first try. 9AM then the boy got about 8 between that time and 1 PM and he finally was tired out.
Pooped out he finally kept one..had some larger ones bust the line in the rocks..
All gates were open below the dam and water was moving..
It was tough be we are happy.
Got 2 blues and kept 1 each paddlefish.

Swamp I can't tell if the fish on the stringer is tagged, but I believe they have to be tagged immediately upon deciding to keep them.
