Big Boys has another advantage - As my wife put it, you can tell that a woman helped design the waiting area. She said that is evident because it doesn’t look like an S***–hole. No wait, she said It is a pleasant orderly and clean waiting area. I think I gave you my interpretation of what she said. They also have a nice indoor meeting room where you can discuss safety, go over your events on the range, etc. before you ever get on the ranges.
Big Boys does allow machinenguns but they aren't friendly towards them. I took several transferables there during an Eat & Shoot here a few years back and have taken them back with friends. Their RO thought his purpose in life was to harass us both times. I stopped going there because of it. H&H has always been the most tolerant of machineguns on their lanes once you get past the check-in process.
The full autos were one of my reasons not going to High Impact in Wichita Falls. I'd have to fill out more paperwork. Doable in the times I'm looking at, but...
I've shot FA at H&H a lot in the past, just haven't been there in a while.
The FA is one of the concerns.
Won't be shooting a ton, but believe it or not, the staff (all female) LOVE the full autos.
Especially the Uzi.

I stopped in at Big Boys the other day to scout the location.
Have to admit, I was impressed with the waiting room, but it stopped there.
Went to the desk and talked to the guy behind the counter.
I asked about what calibers were allowed and he said "everything up to 50BMG".
After a few minutes, I asked if I could see the lanes.
He walked me over to the security viewing screen and basically said "see".
Pretty sure that there was only one or two folks in the range at the time, they were not crowded or busy.
Didn't explain why I couldn't get into the actual firing lanes.
I kinda wanted to see how it was set up, what the targeting was like, etc.
So then I asked if they allowed full auto.
He said that he knew that they didn't allow rapid fire and wanted 1 second between trigger pulls.
(I've never understood that particular prohibition)
When asked again about full auto, he said "I don't think so"
I asked him to get someone who would know.
He calls someone over (I assume a manager) and I asked it they allowed full auto.
His response was a relatively curt: "No"
And that was about all he said.
I know that for a lot of folks, these may be non issues and I could see shooting there, but I just didn't get a lot of "warm fuzzies".

The availability of places to shoot FA should be part of the thinking process prior to purchase. Complaining afterwards doesn’t garner much sympathy.
Sounds like a good place to avoid.
I know USSA used to have some FA shoots, even had a few Hooters girls loading mags for customers at one event.
Red Castle allows FA at one of the ranges, but it's not open to the public.
I think Big Boys is an excellent range - best one I've ever been to anyhow.
I've been shooting full auto for more than 20 years.
This isn't a "complaining afterwards" situation.
Just fewer and fewer places that want to allow it.
