Good news on your wife, Rick.

We also got good news on my wife. She had gone in for the mammogram and they saw something, so they had her come back for a sonogram or whatever and then decided they needed a needle biopsy to determine if "something" was malignant or not. Got the needle biopsy done on Monday and got word on Wednesday that there was no malignancy. They just want her to keep getting the mammograms yearly.

Anyone going to the gun show this weekend? If you are and are interested in my Camp 9, I am wanting a Mini 14. Prefer wood stock and iron sites but composite or a scope are not deal breakers. Extra mags are a plus and I have 30rd mags to trade for them.

Now for the important part. Took the wife in to a specialist today. He does not think the spot they saw on her pet scan was cancer. She has a nerve right behind her liver that the protective cover has come unwound. Every now and then some doc will spot it on an MRI or something, think it is cancer and proceed to scare the hell out of my wife until it is checked. It has happened enough times that I do not worry until the specialist says it is cancer.

In other news, the wind blew our old propane grill off the porch and broke one of the hinges. The wife had it before we got married and it was her late fathers before that so if possible I need to find a way to mend cast aluminum. Anyone know if something like JB Weld can be used to stick it back together?

Oh and I screwed up my arm a bit. Nothing major just pulled a muscle lifting to much.

I just went to the Fort Worth Gun show last weekend. I make and sell hidden gun boxes. Guns are held in with magnets. Huge turnout at that show. I need to do another in OKC soon. It’s been over a year since I’ve done a local one.

Great news on Wife!

JB Weld makes a metal two part putty for automotive repairs. Do not remember the temperature ranges on it. Have used it in past and it works very well. Found likely Reilly or Napa type stores.
