Or R & K, Sooner, & Diener or any other for that matter.
They almost all stink.
Door charge is too high.
Vendors have to make a living so thier cost are higher also.
Well at least some anyway.
There's so many shows now they've went to a swap meet mentalities.
I make a couple a year.
Usually a local and one Tulsa show.
I skip OKC all together.
Mostly because in OKC you can shop around and buy new for the prices they charge.
The gunshow market is kind of like the banking business.
They need to let a few die off.

I can understand going for something to do, going to purchase is something else. There is too many local shops with good prices and no entry fees to waste money at the gun show. Like said earlier if you find any deals it will more than likely be from a private party walking around.
+1... AND... some gun shops serve iced T with lemon (ho-made)
AND... you can watch part of an episode of "Top Sniper" while you wait.

I went to a Metcalf show in OKC last winter. It was kind of disappointing, but I'm going to give it another chance tomorrow. Hopefully there's some good deals on ammo. And yes, I wish they would get rid of the flea market crap and lower the door price a bit.
