They are cosmetic blemishes. Every manufacturer has them. Noveske chainsaw lowers are a good example.

I understand as I purchased some from you. But if I was a manufacturer and my process was allowing that many blemishes, I would try and figure out why and how to change it. Cosmetic blemishes still hurt the bottom line, (manufacturer) even though they function fine.

Probably not a large enough percentage of their production to worry about. This was the first time we had been offered blems and had we known they would sell as well as they did we would have bought them all.
