For only $60 I'm thinking of getting the 3 pack:

16 Fruits on 3 Trees at 1 great price!

Includes 1 each of 5-n-1 Apple, 5-n-1 Pear, and Fruit Cocktail tree.

Imagine 5 different varieties of full-sized apples growing on one tree which grows only about 8-10' high, so that you can pick most of the apples while standing on the ground! Harvest apples the second or third year after transplanting and you truly have a "miracle" tree. "Everbearing" tree - apples for eating, apples for pies, apples for applesauce and apples for freezing. Start producing in the summer --- continue right through the fall. Beautiful apple blossoms in spring! Require little space. Sub-zero hardy. Self-pollinating tree! Grafted on dwarfing, malling number seven rootstock. We send 2 year 3-4' trees. Plant no closer than 10' apart.

Apple varieties included are: Red Delicious, Yellow Delicious, Dark Red Jonathan, Yates and Winesap.

Enjoy fresh pears from August to November --- Bartlett, Kieffer, Moonglow, Orient and Ayres! All five, giant-sized pears on one tree! Pick bushels of sweet, juicy fruit. These Pear trees will provide plenty pears for canning, preserving and eating from the tree. Self-pollinating. Tree grows only 8-10' tall. Very colorful. Order now!
Plant no closer than 8' apart.

Pick 6 delicious varieties from this unusual tree! Plant our Fruit Cocktail Tree when you don't have room for an orchard. Pick nectarines, peaches, plums, and apricots all from the same tree. Harvest bushels of fruit. Have plenty for jams, jellies, canning, eating fresh and freezing. Self-pollinating and grows about 10 feet tall. Reach fruit from this little one tree orchard standing right on the ground. And the first bushel of fruit will pay for the tree. Blossoms in spring -- fruit in fall. In spring your tree will be loaded with an abundance of blossoms. A spectacular sight for the whole neighborhood to enjoy. This is pretty enough to plant as a specimen tree right in your front yard. We send 2-3' trees.

I had 6 trees. 3 yrs old, was expecting fruit the next yr. Nothing. Next yr, nothing. Last yr, all lost to drought / heat. ??????? Even though on drip water system. Have some older fruit trees, also. Lost some of them, too.
