AR Basics

[Oklahoma Stronghold]

I am extremely new to the AR world. I still haven't even fired one and am still waiting for the upper that I just ordered to arrive so that I can attach it to the lower that I am almost finished building. I know very, very little. Is there a book or a video that anyone could recommend that would teach me all of the basics (what parts are what, what those parts do, how to operate, how to tear down, how to build up ect.)? I'm learning quite a bit reading the threads and stickies here but I need something to catch me up to speed. Thanks.
