I am new to firearm. I am planning to get a complete AR 9mm Pistol. It has 5" barrel. No stock but only brace / stabilizer with buffer tube, and no vertical grip. So this should be just Pistol but not SBR. Do I need tax stamp / NFA if it is a AR Pistol in Okahoma now? All I need is ship the firearm to FFL and do a background check. Is that correct? I have been looking answer in the forum but it was dated back in 2012 and says Tax Stamp is not required. Thank you guys.
