Arkansas non-resident with Oklahoma lifetime license

Last year when buying our licenses in a Walmart in Arkansas, the guy at the counter said if we would go to the Arkansas Wildlife office we could get our nonresident licenses for half price since we had lifetime Oklahoma licenses.

Anyone know if this is true? I'll try to call them to verify, but figured I'd see if anyone here knows.

Why in the world would ANY state give you a discount for having a certain type hunting license from another state?!? I don't believe it.

I'm with retrieverman on this one.
A few years ago a Texas Walmart employee tried to sell me the resident license using his address. Thanks but no thanks.

Certainly let us know if this happens. I'm in Arkansas all the time, a reduced fee would be awesome.
